Premium quality service is what you’ll get here. I did my surgery four years ago now, and my eyesight is as good as it was when I did my surgery. This office has the most professional staff, and the best costumer service I’ve probably experienced in NYC. I also highly appreciated their HONESTY! I went with my mom and dad, us three for a test to see if we qualify for the surgery. They told my dad that he shouldn’t do the surgery at the moment because he really didn’t need it. For them to lose money like that shows to me that they care more about service and helping people, than the money. Overall, I had an amazing experience at this office and was treated highly well. Dr. Moadel, and his staff, are highly professional and experts at what they do. I highly recommend them.
My experience with Moadel Eye Specialists have been incredible. Since my first consultation with them, to finding out I met the qualifications for the EVO ICL surgery was the best feeling. I got the Evo ICL procedure earlier this week and Im so happy with my results. I want to preface this by saying that I have a scarred cornea from 5 years ago. I have been to MULTIPLE opthalmologists for treatments and lasik/ICL consultations. I have been rejected by every one of them until now. Dr.Barnes is VERY experienced and super super kind. He gladly talks you through the entire procedure and tells you what he will do and what you will feel next. For the follow-up appointment, he even adjusted his schedule to fit mine because he prefers to follow up with his own patients. The rest of the staff is so kind and patient and every time ive gone, there were no wait times and was able to see a doctor promptly.
